He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 27 years’ proven track record of commitment to help businesses achieve financial success. He has overall experience of about 22 years in vide spectrum of legal practice as Consultant and Retainer Counsel for MNCs. He has worked on many intricate assignments involving general corporate commercial matters, drafting review and negotiation of contracts as well as handling of disputes resolution, arbitration and mediation. His has rich work experience in Telecom Broadcasting Sector, Electronics Goods, Consumer Durables, Export Houses, Real Estate Promoters Developers, Non-Banking financial sector.

He is having more than 15 years of experience with work specialisation in the practice areas of Debt Recovery, Securitisation, Bankruptcy and Insolvency matters. He has served in State Bank of India for over thirty years in various positions and retired as Assistant General Manager. His banking experience ranges from Corporate Lending, Asset Management, Credit Monitoring, NPA recovery, to litigation matters.
